PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE MORFOSE CONTACT FORM
As Morfose Kişisel Bakım ve Kozmetik Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Morfose”), we value the protection of your personal data and expect you to exercise the same level of care. Therefore, it is very important for us that you read this notice, which explains in detail which of your personal data we use and for what purposes, and that you clearly understand the obligations of Morfose, acting as the “Data Controller”, with respect to the administrative and technical security of such data.
Why am I reading thIs notIce?
Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which entered into force on 7 April 2016, requires persons whose personal data are processed (referred to as data subjects under the KVKK) to be informed by the Data Controller processing such data. As the Data Controller, we are also required to demonstrate that you have been duly informed regarding the personal data that we process about you.
What personal data do we use and how do we obtaIn It?
As Morfose, we obtain your personal data covered by this Privacy Notice through digital means when you contact us via the Contact page on our website at www.morfose.eu. Under the KVKK, this is referred to as processing by automated means.
The categories of personal data we obtain and the legal grounds for obtaining such data are explained below:

Important Notice: We kindly ask you not to share any personal data and/or special categories of personal data for which we are required to obtain your explicit consent under the KVKK within the explanations or visual materials you submit in relation to your requests, suggestions or complaints.
If you voluntarily provide us with such data within the scope of your explanations or visual materials relating to your requests, suggestions or complaints, you will be deemed to have provided your explicit consent to the processing of such data for the purposes stated above. Where necessary, destruction procedures may also be carried out specifically in relation to such data.
For what purposes and on what legal grounds are your personal data used?

Are your personal data transferred to others?
Yes. In summary, we may need to transfer your personal data to our business partners, public authorities, auditors, lawyers and financial advisors. However, such transfers are carried out only for specific purposes and within your knowledge.
Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred:
- To our contracted suppliers and service providers for the purpose of providing our services through our website and improving the quality of the services we provide,
- Where requested by authorized institutions and organizations, to regulatory and supervisory authorities and to public institutions or organizations that are expressly authorized by law to request personal data, for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations,
- To persons and consultants who are required to be involved in legal proceedings with whom we cooperate for the purpose of managing and following up legal matters,
- To our indirect shareholders for the purposes of monitoring business processes, ensuring business continuity, conducting audits and carrying out reporting processes.
What rIghts does the KVKK grant you?
The KVKK grants you various rights to enable you to exercise control over your personal data, including but not limited to:
(a) learning whether your personal data are being processed;
(b) requesting information if your personal data have been processed;
(c) learning the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with that purpose;
(d) knowing the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad;
(e) requesting the correction of your personal data where they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately; and
(f) requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data.

How can you exercIse your rIghts?
If you wish to exercise the rights specified above, you may submit your requests to us in writing, for example by means of a formal notice or registered letter with return receipt requested, or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address that you have previously provided to us and which is registered in our system.
